My UX approach focused on creating a user-centered system that simplifies the process of redistributing surplus food. Through research and user interviews, I identified the pain points of restaurant staff, shelter managers, and delivery personnel. I designed intuitive workflows and interfaces that streamline food donation tracking, scheduling, and logistics. Prototypes and usability tests ensured the platform was accessible, efficient, and aligned with the needs of all stakeholders. This approach emphasized empathy and inclusivity, making it easy for businesses to participate in the program and maximize its impact.
